Chris is descended from a long line of magicians going back over 120 years. His great-uncle, Kirkland the Magician, was one of the world’s only blind conjurers and it was this astounding feat that inspired Chris to follow in his footsteps. Chris first received a magic set at the age of 11 and began performing on stage at the tender age of 16. His first show in front of a live theatre audience was a boon for the illusionist and he soon garnered a dedicated following. Chris honed his craft performing for the likes of Butlins, Casino Revue Shows, and cruise liners. For his troubles, Chris was awarded the prestigious British Magical Champion of Illusion award.
