Darren Lake

Darren Lake is a South West UK based singer, actor and entertainer with a vast experience of performing on stage both as himself and as an actor. He has performed in productions as varied as Sweeney Todd, The Secret Garden and Jekyll & Hyde as well as countless pantomimes, country wide, over the past 30 years. As well as an actor he is an experienced entertainer, working summer seasons in the UK and Europe. He was a featured soloist in Babbacombe Theatre's Summer Season for 3 years running. Darren has hosted many charity galas and was the host for The Queen's Golden Jubilee event, sponsored by Orange, which took place on Plymouth's historic Hoe. He was awarded the Highly Commended Individual Performance Award at the Barclays Awards, held at the National Theatre's Queen Elizabeth Hall in London.
